Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for AudioPrism.

When you're eligible

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase for:

• Purchase or billing issues
• Duplicate purchases
• Activation problems
• The app not working as expected after reasonable support attempts

How to request a refund

Email support@audioprism.pro within 14 days of purchase with your order details (the email used at checkout and, if possible, your order number), and let us know what went wrong. We'll usually try to resolve the issue first, and process a refund where it applies.

When a refund may be denied

Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, repeated purchase/refund cycles, or misuse of the software or license.
